RECOVERY SESSIONS

North Brother CrossFit offers recovery sessions throughout the day, with an infrared sauna and ice baths available. You can use them together as hot and cold therapy or single sessions.

SAUNA

60 minute sessions, the infrared sauna is inclusive to all members.  If you wish to book in please contact Vivienne.

ICE BATH

Ice baths are a type of cold water therapy known as cold-water immersion (CWI). Ice baths may help improve alertness, reduce pain, and decrease inflammation. As a result, they may offer health benefits like reduced muscle soreness, pain relief, and improved mood. However, the research is very limited.
